Right of withdrawal and returns
When purchasing products on the Website the Customer has a 14 day withdrawal period in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Vito Beauty’s customer support (info@vitobeauty.fi) accordingly within 14 days from when the Customer or its representative received the product ordered (withdrawal period). Our finance department will release the money back into your account within 14 days of receiving your return. This money will usually be received within 2-3 banking days but can take up to 6 banking days until it is available on your account.

The right of withdrawal/returns does not apply on opened, used or damaged products. The products returned must be in sales condition. Customer pays the returning costs.

Uncollected or undeliverable orders
According to the consumer protection act, not picking up or refusing to pick up an order is not the same thing as a customer return. We will charge the full cost of all shipments sent back to our warehouse after uncollected for reasons attributable to the customer. The person who made the order is therefore responsible for the costs caused by returns not picked up at our warehouse. Failure to pick up the goods is not enough to cancel the order. The amount to be charged for uncollected shipment is 15.00 euros, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. The payment consists of the packaging, shipping and return costs of the order.

If the customer has an obstacle to pick up the order within the storage period or has given a wrong address, the customer is obliged to contact the transport company our warehouse accordingly in time before the shipment gets sent back.

In problem cases
If the product is lost in transit, damaged, or the customer has received a wrong product, the customer needs to notify immediately of the error via e-mail to our customer service.
Notification of wrong delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt. If the package is damaged during delivery, a claim must be made to the delivery company.

Notifying of product defects
We guarantee that the products are faultless within 14 days of receiving the order. If you notice a possible fault, contact our customer service immediately to rectify the situation. Tell and describe in detail what it is about, if possible attach a picture to the message and tell the lot number on the bottom of the product.

If the contact is not made within the specified time, it is considered that the customer was satisfied with the products he received. Vito Beauty is responsible for the product return costs if it is verified that it is a defective product packaging or the wrong product.

Please note that BiON Skincare products naturally have scent and color variations between batches. The 30ml pump bottles work airless without a hose and if the pump does not work normally, you can return the pressure to the bottle with the help of the hole at the bottom.

Delivery times
Products in stock are normally shipped in 1-2 days and delivered in 2 to 10 of order entry on working days depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in connection with the reservation of products not in stock).
