Terms and conditions

In General
Be More Cosmetics Oy (FI26016238) runs Vitobeauty.eu. The terms and conditions are listed below. When ordering from our site, you agree to the prices listed on the site. A sales tax of 24% is included in all prices. Delivery and payment costs are not included and will be added when you reach the checkout.

In order to place an order through the Website, the Customer must always accept the Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Conditions, the Customer undertakes to comply with the Terms and Conditions in its entirety and acknowledges that he/she has read the information.

A purchase agreement is concluded when Vito Beauty has confirmed the Customer’s order and the Customer has received an order confirmation from Vito Beauty via e-mail. Vito Beauty encourages the Customer to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with Vito Beauty’s customer service regarding the order.

Right of withdrawal and returns
When purchasing products on the Website the Customer has a 14 day withdrawal period in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Vito Beauty’s customer support (info@vitobeauty.fi) accordingly within 14 days from when the Customer or its representative received the product ordered (withdrawal period). Our finance department will release the money back into your account within 14 days of receiving your return. This money will usually be received within 2-3 banking days but can take up to 6 banking days until it is available on your account.

The right of withdrawal/returns does not apply on opened, used or damaged products. The products returned must be in sales condition. Customer pays the returning costs.

In problem cases
If the product is lost in transit, damaged, or the customer has received a wrong product, the customer needs to notify immediately of the error via e-mail to our customer service.
Notification of wrong delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt. If the package is damaged during delivery, a claim must be made to the delivery company.

Delivery times
In general, we send the orders in 1-2 working days. Products in stock are normally delivered in 1 to 7 days of order entry on working days. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in connection with the reservation of products not in stock). *Please note that we do not ship GERnétic products outside of Finland.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Cost depending on the destination.

Payment methods
Delivery and payment costs are not included and will be added when you reach the checkout. We currently accept credit/debit card payments only from VISA and Mastercard. When you pay with your credit card the payment will be managed by our payment partner (Paytrail) for a quick, smooth and safe payment. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard
Paytrail Oyj (FI21228397) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. The Client must always read valid terms and conditions before placing an order.
